Our Church family reaches out to those in need through:
Homeless Feeding Project
Every 3rd Sunday, the members and friends of MSPC provide financial support and volunteers to serve dinner at Chapman Partnership at 1550 North Miami Avenue in Miami. Chapman Partnership empowers homeless men, women and children to build a positive future by providing the resources and assistance critical to growth and stability. Chapman Partnership has helped reduce the number of homeless on our streets and served as a model for similar initiatives across the country. Contact the Church Office at 305-754-9541 for more information.
Every year the MSPC Schools present the coolest pumpkin patch around. People from all over the area make sure to visit the MSPC Pumpkin Patch to get their pumpkins and other seasonal decorations. Their purchases directly benefit our school programs.
For 60 years, MSPC has produced and staged this signature event during the second week of December. Church members and friends bring to life the events surrounding the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is our gift to the community.
Pass It On Ministries
In existence for over thirty years, Pass It On is the only local all-volunteer food pantry in Miami-Dade County. Food is distributed on an emergency basis to those in need many times while they await public assistance. Food stamps tomorrow will not feed a hungry child today.
Take moment to thank God for your good fortune and then PASS IT ON.
Pass It On, 14617 N.W. 7th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33168, 305-681-1594.
Offering boxes are in the church Narthex and in the back of the McArthur Chapel. Loose change deposited in the offfering boxes is used to support the Presbyterian Hunger Project and the local food pantry, Pass It On Ministries.
